SUMMARY:Do You Want to Paint
DESCRIPTION:Unleash your inner artist with this fun-filled workshop that shows you how to create new art with our simple process of “brushless abstract painting.” Designed for photographers\, beginning painters or anyone else who wants to paint\,  you will become inspired to create pieces that will take your art to a new level. We will supply all the materials you will need for the day. \nBasic color theory will be discussed along with how to mix your paints to create infinite colors using three primary colors. You will mix your colors directly on the canvas and apply your paint with a palette knife. We will talk about the importance of composition and the elements of design. You will gain knowledge of the basic fundamentals of abstract painting and how to use shape\, form\, color\, and texture. \nAn added bonus in creating these paintings is how they can be integrated into a new piece of artwork\, used as a background in a still life photo\, or become the base for an image transfer. We will show you many examples of what you can do by expanding this process into one-of-a-kind pieces of mixed-media art. \nThere will be plenty of one-on-one time with two master artists who can tailor information to your interests and needs. We will talk about creativity and inspiration and the value of  learning how a simple process can add to your artistic vision.
